Our Plan Management Services makes managing your provider invoices quick & easy, so that you can focus on getting the care and support that you truly need

• • Hassle Free

Allow us take away the stress that could come with managing your funds. At Care Legion, we do not have a wait time! We will assist you with payments to your providers. With us, your providers can be rest assured that they will be paid promptly.

• • Invoice Management

Invoices from your providers will be paid within 2 business days. It is quite simple, you access your provider’s appointments, they send us the bill and we pay on your behalf

• • Monthly Statements

We will send you your monthly statements directly to your email address for your record keeping. In these statements, you will have a clear snapshot the services purchased for the month and most importantly, of your funding balance

Care Support Workers

Your care is the reason we exist. At Care Legion, we will provide you with Care Support Workers that are sensitive to your needs, these needs could be cultural, language, religious or just your personal preference.

We will sit with you and work out your Care Plan with you, and we will match you with the appropriate support worker that can meet your needs in and outside your home including

• Community participation
• Health or personal appointments
• Recreation activities
• Social activities
• Companionship
• Assistance with daily living

NDIS Support Coordination

• NDIS Support Coordination
At Care Legion, we are equipped with local knowledge of other service providers that can meet your needs. You can also elect to continue to use your previous service providers if this is your preference. If you are unsure, we will work with you to establish the service connections you need.
• Service Connections
With our local knowledge of other linking service providers, we will work with you in order to connect you to appropriate services that you need, and make sure that all hands are on deck to enable you get the care that you need and meet your  NDIS goals.
• Building your Independence
We will continuously work with you to live an independent life and execute your NDIS plan. You will not be alone, we will guide you, your carers and loved ones every step of the way. Our overall aim is for you to live a fulfilled and independent life within your family, friends, community and beyond. We will also assist you get ready for your next plan.
• Right of Choice
At Care Legion, we listen to you and act accordingly. With us, you have the right to pick your Support Coordinator based on your preference, for example, language and culture, whatever makes you comfortable, we will endeavor to meet your specific needs. If we cannot meet your needs, we will refer you to other organisations within our providers network.

We are innovative with our accommodation service and we can source your support from A – Z from transportation, food, shelter, care support worker.
