Meet Aanchal
Aanchal has a background in psychology and mental health. As Support Coordinator, she provides intensive case management and Support Coordination working with people with complex needs through the NDIS. Prior to her role as a Support Coordinator, Aanchal worked as a Mental Health Recovery Practitioner, providing support to people recovering from acute mental illness. Aanchal provided 1:1 and group social skill programs whilst implementing their behaviour support plan. Aanchal would be required to develop strategies to help reduce their behaviours and manage their emotions. Aanchal has over 3 years of experience working face-to-face with culturally and linguistically diverse clients with complex needs, she is known for breaking down barriers and achieving results.
